TeacherLists.com Keeps Getting Better!
We’re working hard to make TeacherLists.com even better for 2013! We recently rolled out some cool new features to help you better manage your lists and share them with parents.
Archive Lists
Ready to put the holidays behind you and focus on your needs for the New Year? Want to save your back to school supply list for next year? Archive any list and it will be ready for you to reactivate next year when the time is right. Simply log into your account and click the “archive” button directly below the list you want to save. It will appear in the archive section of your dashboard, to reactivate simply click the “reactivate” button. While you are updating your lists, don’t forget to take stock and create a mid-year refresh supply list!
Edit List Items
Only need a few more of the 20 boxes of tissues you requested? Now you can easily change the quantity or description of an item on your list so you receive just the right amount of everything.
Log into your account and click the “edit list” button directly below the list your want to modify. Click any item to change its quantity or description or to remove it from your list. To add items, choose from the categories on the left and select the item you want. Don’t forget to add those basics to keep your classroom healthy this winter – hand wipes, disinfecting wipes and tissues to start.
Follow Lists
Parents can now sign-up to follow your list. When you add items or change quantities they will receive an email letting them know your list has been updated. One less thing for you to do – nice!
To follow a list, first find you school, then click on the list you would like to follow. You will see a blue “follow” button above the list items- click on it. If you are not logged in you will be prompted to create an account so that we know who to send the email to!
Each time items are added to the list or quantities are changed, all followers will receive an email letting them know the list has been updated.
