\n1. With a pencil, lightly draw your spiderweb shape on mixed media paper.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.teacherlists.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/0426-prang-spooky-blow-and-resist-pencil-body.png\")
\n2. Erase pencil lines so you can barely see where the spiderweb was drawn.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.teacherlists.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/0426-prang-spooky-blow-and-resist-erase-body.png\")
\n4. Use a pipette to add water to watercolors of your choice, and use a paintbrush to mix the water and paint in the palette.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.teacherlists.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/0426-prang-spooky-blow-and-resist-crayon-body.png\")

\n6. Blow the paint across the paper with a straw. Turn your paper and blow from different directions to cover the page and expose the crayon-resist spider web. Continue to add watercolor until you\u2019ve achieved your desired result and most of the spider web is revealed.
