Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive the following prizes:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5\u00a0winner(s) will receive\u00a0one (1)\u00a0school supply stash worth $750.00.\u00a0Valued at $750.00\u00a0each or\u00a0$3,750.00\u00a0for all\u00a05\u00a0prizes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Actual\/appraised value of prizes may differ at\u00a0time\u00a0of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely\u00a0determined\u00a0by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be\u00a0permitted\u00a0except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is\u00a0non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer\/assignment of the prize to others or\u00a0request for\u00a0the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not\u00a0permitted.\u00a0Any and all\u00a0prize related expenses, including without limitation\u00a0any and all\u00a0federal, state, and\/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner\u2019s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor\u00a0by\u00a0September\u00a030,\u00a02026. The Winner will be notified\u00a0within\u00a015\u00a0days of the\u00a0winner\u00a0selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk\u00a0e-mail\u00a0or other security settings or for a Winner\u2019s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within\u00a015\u00a0days\u00a0from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.\u00a0Receipt\u00a0of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with\u00a0any and all\u00a0federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
