Schools and districts now have more control over how supply lists are embedded directly on their websites.

• Generate your own module: Admins can create a TeacherLists embedded module using iframe embed code directly from the My Schools or My Districts dashboard.
• Simple setup: Click “Generate Module Code,” enter your homepage URL, and follow a quick two-step setup process.
• Instant access: Receive embed code and instructions immediately—no waiting.
• Easy updates: Use “Manage Module Code” to edit domains or update configurations anytime.

Supply List Page Translation

Language support has expanded beyond embedded modules—now families can view supply lists in their preferred language directly on the TeacherLists site.

• Language dropdown: A new selector appears at the top of supply list pages.
• Broader accessibility: Full list content and item details are now available in supported languages.
• Seamless experience: Families can switch languages without leaving the page.

This enhancement ensures all families can confidently view and understand supply lists in their preferred language.

Clear Communication for Schools Without Supply Lists

Not every school or classroom uses supply lists—and that’s okay. When lists aren’t available, it’s important to clearly communicate what families should expect. This helps reduce confusion and ensures families always have clear, helpful information.

How to Update Your School Messaging

• Go to the My Schools tab in the TeacherLists dashboard and select your school.
• By default “List Notification Sign Up Page” is selected to allow families to sign up for alerts to know when lists are posted.
• Select “Type a Personalized Message for Parents” to display a custom message instead.
• Edit the default message as needed.

Note: This messaging only appears when no supply lists are published. Once lists are available, they will automatically display on the page.

Enhanced Data Insights Reporting

New updates to Data Insights give districts more detailed visibility into how families engage with supply lists.

• Retailer Click Insights: View Buy Now engagement by retailer.
• Translation Metrics: Track how often lists are viewed in different languages and identify most-used languages.
• Custom Date Ranges: Filter reporting by any timeframe for more precise analysis.
• CSV Export: Download data for offline reporting and stakeholder sharing.
