We have a cool feature we think you’ll love: the Power Loader.  See how it works –

(please note: we have recently updated our Power Loader  slightly — this video may not correlate exactly with the current steps)

If you already have your back-to-school supply lists created, you can up-load them via the TeacherLists Power Loader and we will enter them into the TeacherLists system for you. Once entered, your lists will instantly be available on TeacherLists.com, at select retailers and we will send you a custom web link to add them to your school’s website.

Get started by going to www.TeacherLists.com and logging into your account.

Select Upload List.

 

Step 1:  Enter your school’s zip code to find your school.

 

Step 2:  Click on Upload List

 

Select the list file from your computer that you would like to upload.

 

Once you have located the correct file, click on it and then select Open.

You will be brought back to the Uploader, with your cursor in the Classrooms Field.

Now, enter the number of classrooms that will be accessing the list you are uploading. For example, if you are uploading a First Grade Back-to-School Supply List and there are (4) first grade classrooms at your school, the classrooms will be 4.

 

As soon as you enter the number of classrooms associated with each list, the Upload Another List button AND the Done button will become visible.

If you have additional lists to add, please repeat the above process until all your lists are entered.

After all the lists for your school are attached, click the Done button.

 

At the next pop-up screen, click either “Yes” or “No” when prompted. For each “Yes“, TeacherLists will donate $1 to the Kids In Need Foundation to help provide free school supplies to needy children.

Success!  We received your lists.

 

Your lists should be digitized and posted within 24-48 hours. If they need special attention for any reason, please contact us directly at tlsupport@teacherlists.com

Once we have entered your lists into the TeacherLists solution, we will send you an email with your unique web link banner. You can add it to your school website just by copying and pasting the link.

 

 

Now your parents can find and view your back-to-school supply lists any time, any where.   Even on a smart phone while shopping!
